About the Role
Our Inside Sales / Account Advisor role is a full-cycle, high-activity sales position for someone who enjoys prospecting, building relationships, and owning their results.
You'll be responsible for developing new business, growing existing accounts, and managing opportunities throughout the sales process. You'll connect with business owners and decision-makers through outbound calls and virtual meetings, uncover their marketing needs, and recommend solutions that align with their goals.
This role provides the opportunity to operate with a high level of autonomy while having the support, training, technology, and resources of a nationally recognized organization behind you.
You'll manage your pipeline in Salesforce, maintain consistent prospecting activity, conduct virtual client meetings, present tailored marketing solutions, and help ensure a smooth transition from sale to campaign launch.
In your first 90 days, you'll participate in hands-on training, learn LocaliQ's products and sales approach, build your pipeline, and develop the habits needed to succeed in a high-activity sales environment. As you ramp, you'll take increasing ownership of your pipeline, client relationships, and revenue goals.
What You Will Do

Manage opportunities throughout the sales process and consistently work toward revenue goals.
Maintain accurate CRM activity, pipeline information, and follow-up.
Coordinate with internal teams on creative assets and campaign setup to help ensure a successful post-sale experience.
Consistently meet activity expectations and performance goals in a fast-paced, high-activity environment.
Qualifications
2-5+ years of sales experience, with B2B or high-activity sales strongly preferred.
Confidence with outbound prospecting and engaging new clients.
Ability to manage a pipeline and consistently follow up with prospects and clients.
Strong communication, organization, and follow-through.
Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls and conducting virtual meetings.
Coachable mindset with a willingness to learn, adapt, and continuously improve.
Experience with Salesforce or other CRM tools is a plus.
Interest or exposure to digital marketing is helpful, but not required.
Ability to work independently and stay motivated in a fully remote environment.
Who Thrives Here
Successful Account Advisors are consistent, resilient, self-motivated, organized, and driven to succeed. They're comfortable picking up the phone, starting conversations with new prospects, handling rejection, and staying focused on the next opportunity.
You'll thrive in this role if you enjoy a fast pace, like having clear goals to work toward, and take ownership of your results. The strongest performers understand that success comes from consistent daily activity, strong follow-through, coachability, and a willingness to keep improving.
