What You'll Do
Assist in supporting customers throughout the auto claims process
Communicate with internal and external customers via phone, email, and other channels
Gather and analyze information to help resolve claim-related inquiries
Learn how to evaluate situations, identify solutions, and make sound business recommendations
Collaborate with a team focused on delivering exceptional customer experiences

What We're Looking For
Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree with an anticipated graduation date of December 2027 or May 2028
Open to all majors, including Business, Communications, Psychology, Criminal Justice, Liberal Arts, Finance, Marketing, and related fields
Demonstrated leadership through work experience, campus involvement, athletics, volunteer activities, or student organizations
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Curious, motivated, and eager to learn
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a team environment
Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
Commitment to professionalism, integrity, and customer service excellence

Compensation
The listed annualized base pay range is primarily based on analysis of similar positions in the external market. Actual base pay could vary and may be above or below the listed range based on factors including but not limited to performance, proficiency and demonstration of competencies required for the role. The base pay is just one component of The Hartford's total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include short-term or annual bonuses, long-term incentives, and on-the-spot recognition. The annualized base pay range for this role is:
