About the role
Overview
Our Enterprise Technology Services (ETS) intern program offers college students an opportunity to gain first-hand experience in the financial sector while assisting us in providing the high-quality support that our members deserve. Enrollment in an accredited university is required to be eligible for this position-the willingness to learn combined theoretical knowledge with hands-on experience while developing your professional skills.
***A requirement of this position is you must be currently enrolled in college level courses or a degree-seeking program throughout the duration of the internship. Please upload your transcripts by adding them to the "Intern Proof of Enrollment" section of the application.
Responsibilities
Performs work in support of Desktop Support Services group - duties may vary depending on the assignment
Applies knowledge gained from the degree program in day-to-day duties/responsibilities
May receive guidance and direction from management and/or senior-level staff
Leverage technical knowledge and skill
Works within established standards, change control, policies, and procedures
Provides exceptional customer service
Performs other related duties as assigned
Qualifications
• Ability to diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues for end users
• Basic networking knowledge (IP, DNS)
• Basic cybersecurity knowledge (MFA, phishing)
• Ticketing system experience (ServiceNow)
• Excellent communication skills
• Excellent customer service skills
• Professional presence and maturity
• Detail-oriented
• Ability to work well with other team members
• Comfortable and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to follow and adhere to standard operating procedures
Desired
• CompTIA A+ Certification
• Microsoft 365 Certified: Fundamentals Certification
• Experience using ConnectWise Remote Support Software
• Experience using CyberArk Workforce Password Management Software
• Experience troubleshooting Citrix VDIs
Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00AM - 4:30PM (minimum of 20-25 hours a week, based on school schedule)
