As the local business leader, the incumbent drives profitable growth by balancing personal sales production with branch management responsibilities. This includes identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, optimizing branch operations, developing and coaching team members, fostering collaboration across sales, marketing, and operational functions, and ensuring the successful execution of business objectives. Through a strong combination of leadership, sales acumen, and operational expertise, the Branch Manager establishes a high-performance culture while delivering exceptional results for customers and the organization.
This role requires working from the branch office, frequent customer visits throughout the Milwaukee metro area, and leadership of a team of sales representatives.
