About the role
Responsibilities
The Corporate Services Talent Acquisition team attracts, assesses, and hires top-tier talent for TikTok's corporate services - including Procurement, Corporate Real Estate, Administration and Physical Security - partnering with hiring leaders to understand their needs and build teams that can keep pace with a fast-growing business. The work is both strategic and hands-on: we balance data-driven decision-making and a high-quality candidate experience across regions and time zones, while navigating highly specialized, often hard-to-fill roles that require deep market knowledge and strong cross-cultural judgment. Join us and you'll directly shape the teams behind some of TikTok's most critical functions, working at the intersection of talent strategy and business growth to help the company hire best-in-class talent.
As a Project Intern, you will contribute to impactful short-term projects and gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, professional environment. This internship offers the opportunity to develop practical skills, apply your knowledge to real-world challenges, and explore your career interests.
Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis, so we encourage you to apply early.
