About the Team
The Global Functions Talent Acquisition team attracts, assesses, and hires top-tier talent for TikTok's global functions - including Legal, Public Policy, Brand & Communications, and Global Security - partnering with hiring leaders to understand their needs and build teams that can keep pace with a fast-growing business. The work is both strategic and hands-on: we balance data-driven decision-making, and a high-quality candidate experience across regions and time zones, while navigating highly specialized, often hard-to-fill roles that require deep market knowledge and strong cross-cultural judgment. Join us and you'll directly shape the teams behind some of TikTok's most critical functions, working at the intersection of talent strategy and business growth to help the company hire best in class talent.
As a Talent Acquisition Intern, you'll gain hands-on experience across the full recruitment lifecycle while working alongside experienced recruiters and business leaders in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
We are looking for talented individuals to join us for an internship. Our internship program offers students hands-on experience, industry exposure, and opportunities to apply their knowledge to real-world challenges while building a strong foundation for personal and professional growth.
Interns will gain practical experience, explore potential career paths, and participate in social events, learning programs, and development workshops alongside industry professionals.
Candidates may apply to a maximum of two positions across Our Company and its affiliates globally. Applications will be considered in the order they are submitted.
Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis, so we encourage you to apply early. Please clearly state your availability in your resume, including your start and end dates.
