About the role
About the role
The Technical Sales Engineer acts as a primary technical authority on sales calls and RFPs, informs scope, effort and delivery timelines for integrated solutions, performs live product demonstrations, and evaluates partner tech stacks and objectives for compatibility - while serving as the connective tissue between Sales, Marketing, Partner IT, and internal Product/Engineering teams to keep deals moving from discovery to go-live.

Support pre-sales demos and RFP responses with technical accuracy.

Provide the connective tissue between AMs, Marketing/Creative, Partner IT teams, and internal Product/Engineering teams.
Feed product feedback and integration friction points back to internal stakeholders, representing the partner's technical voice internally.

Identify partner pain points and inform alternative technical or process solutions
Works very closely with Product & Engineering teams to ensure new or modified integrations meet business requirements and that interface issues are documented and resolved before go-live.
