About Salesforce
Salesforce is the #1 AI CRM, where humans with agents drive customer success together. Here, ambition meets action. Tech meets trust. And innovation isn't a buzzword - it's a way of life. The world of work as we know it is changing and we're looking for Trailblazers who are passionate about bettering business and the world through AI, driving innovation, and keeping Salesforce's core values at the heart of it all.
Ready to level-up your career at the company leading workforce transformation in the agentic era? You're in the right place! Agentforce is the future of AI, and you are the future of Salesforce.
The Experience
Join the Agentforce Service team and help lead growth for one of Salesforce's fastest-growing products. Agentforce Service is Salesforce's complete agentic service platform - built for every type of service, in any industry, across any channel. It's the only platform where AI agents and human service representatives work together in real time to resolve issues faster, personalize every interaction, and deliver support across every channel, unifying customer service, IT Service Management (ITSM), and HR service on a single intelligent platform.
Agentic AI adoption in service has grown from 39% to 66% in a single year, and you'll be at the center of that momentum. In this role, you'll cover the full Agentforce Service platform - spanning Contact Center, ITSM, and HR Service - with a particular focus on Agentforce Voice, Digital Engagement, and Agentforce for Service. You'll work with autonomous agents that handle high-volume interactions 24/7, and a Service Rep Assistant that gives human agents real-time next-best-action suggestions, case summaries, and AI-powered knowledge recommendations, selling a story of faster resolution, higher customer satisfaction, and lower operating costs across a blended human and AI workforce.
What You'll Actually Be Doing
Building and executing account plans to retain and grow Annual Contract Value (ACV) with existing customers, focused on upsell and cross-sell opportunities
Running discovery to uncover customers' current processes, business objectives, and strategic goals, translating them into use cases and value hypotheses
Crafting and presenting compelling value propositions across the Agentforce and Service Cloud stack - including customer service, ITSM, and HR service capabilities
Aligning account teams and partner ecosystems to move deals forward and support long-term customer success
Required Skills and Qualifications
Demonstrated success in quota-carrying, technology solution-based direct sales
Proven experience selling Contact Center, ITSM, HR Service, or Service Engagement software
Strong discovery and solutioning skills, with the ability to build account plans around upsell/cross-sell growth
Confident communicator across written, verbal, and presentation formats
Even Better If...
You've worked with Field Service software specifically
You're experienced using tools like Slack, Google Slides, and Zoom to engage customers
You've driven results by leveraging internal teams and resources effectively
You have direct experience with team-selling motions in complex enterprise accounts

Our benefits and resources support you to find balance and be your best, and our AI agents accelerate your impact so you can do your best. Together, we'll bring the power of Agentforce to organizations of all sizes and deliver amazing experiences that customers love.
