Are you interested in building capabilities that enable innovation, speed, agility, scalability and efficiency? The Global Technology and Operations team takes great pride in our culture in which digital transformation is built into our DNA! When you join our organization at Prudential, you'll unlock an exciting and impactful career - all while growing your skills and advancing your profession at one of the world's leading financial services institutions.
Your Team & Role
Prudential is transforming how work is delivered across the enterprise through Scaled Lean Delivery, an outcome-driven model that connects strategy, execution, and value realization.
As the Director, SDLC and Delivery Enablement, you will play a critical leadership role in advancing Prudential's delivery evolution through enterprise methodology enablement, SDLC modernization, governance, and continuous improvement.
Reporting to the VP, Lean Delivery Outcomes, you will be accountable for defining, governing, and evolving the delivery frameworks, standards, and practices that enable teams to deliver business value with greater speed, predictability, quality, and transparency. As both a strategic leader and delivery enabler, you will help shape the future of how Prudential plans, prioritizes, and delivers work, driving enterprise-wide change that advances end-to-end business value delivery rather than simply improving team-level practices.
The ideal candidate brings firsthand Product Owner or Product Management experience and understands the realities of delivering value within complex organizations. They are an influential change leader, critical thinker, and continuous improvement champion who embraces AI-enabled ways of working to modernize delivery practices and improve organizational performance. This is an outcome-oriented and execution-focused role requiring a balance of strategy, influence, and hands-on leadership with the ability to identify opportunities for improvement, evolve delivery practices aligned to enterprise standards, address systemic delivery challenges, and drive sustainable adoption of scalable solutions.
