Work You'll Do
As a Senior Consultant on the team, you will be responsible for
Leading the design, coordination, and delivery of Oracle HCM Cloud technical integrations across enterprise systems
Defining integration strategy and overseeing inbound/outbound interfaces, middleware coordination, data mapping, and end-to-end validation
Partnering with HR, security, and technology stakeholders to ensure solutions are aligned to functional, technical, and compliance requirements
Leading data conversion planning and execution, including extraction, cleansing, transformation, load support, reconciliation, and cutover readiness
Managing technical risks, dependencies, defects, and issue resolution across integrations and conversions throughout the project lifecycle
Supporting testing, deployment, go-live, and post-production stabilization to help ensure successful Oracle HCM Cloud implementation outcomes
