The role will draw upon your people-management skills and experience in service delivery, Technical Account Management, Customer Success, or related fields, along with a high level of curiosity and proven track record of execution. You will serve as a mentor, advocate, and leader for the Services Consultants on your team.
The role requires some travel —at most 30% at peak times —and is based in one of our sales offices—New York City, London, San Francisco, Chicago, Austin, Singapore, or Sydney.
